About the Role

A highly rated residential care group in Greater Manchester is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants. Full training provided, guaranteed hours, and a clear path to NVQ qualifications and senior carer roles. Health & Care Worker visa sponsorship considered.

Responsibilities

• • Support residents with personal care, meals and mobility
• • Follow individual care plans and record notes accurately
• • Build warm, respectful relationships with residents and families
• • Report changes in resident wellbeing to nursing staff

Requirements

• • Genuine passion for care — experience helpful but not essential
• • Good spoken and written English
• • Flexibility for shift work including some weekends
• • Enhanced DBS check (we arrange it)
