1. Who we are
Career Focuz is an HR Solutions and Recruitment Consultancy. For data submitted through this site, Career Focuz is the data controller. Contact us about privacy at admin@careerfocuz.com.
2. What we collect
When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number, location, CV/resume and any cover note you provide. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email and message. We do not collect payment details from candidates.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to assess your suitability for roles, communicate with you about your application, and — only with your consent at the screening stage — introduce you to employer clients. We may keep your profile on file for future matching unless you ask us not to.
4. Sharing
We share candidate profiles with employer clients only after screening and with your go-ahead for the specific role. We use trusted service providers to run this site and send emails (hosting and email delivery); they process data only on our instructions. We never sell your personal data.
5. Retention
Application data is kept while your application is active and, for future matching, for up to 24 months after your last contact with us — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing admin@careerfocuz.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on your location you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
7. Security & cookies
Data is stored securely with access limited to the Career Focuz recruitment team. The candidate site uses only essential cookies and offline caching needed for the site to function; we do not use advertising trackers.
