Head Chef — Modern European

About the Role

An award-winning modern European restaurant in central London is looking for a Head Chef to lead a brigade of 12. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for exceptional overseas candidates.

Responsibilities

• • Own menu development, costing and seasonal changes
• • Lead, train and schedule a brigade of 12 chefs
• • Manage GP targets, ordering and supplier relationships
• • Maintain 5-star food hygiene standards

Requirements

• • 5+ years senior kitchen experience, 2+ as Head or Executive Sous
• • Strong modern European technique; rosette/Michelin background a plus
• • Level 3 Food Hygiene (or willing to obtain)
• • Calm, standards-driven leadership under pressure
